In charge of Account Payable and Account Receivables
Prepare and key Journal entries for monthly accruals, prepayments and adjustments
Bank reconciliation (ensure all receipts and payments updated in accounts system)
Prepare monthly and year end PL & BS schedules
Match Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Order (DO) to suppliers� invoices received.
Distribute invoices to respective departments for verification and approval.
Prepare payment for suppliers� invoices.
Administer payment of monthly payroll.
Liaise and co-ordinate with tax agent and auditors at year end
Diploma / ACCA in Accountancy
At least 2 years in full sets accounts experience.
