Position Title: Customer Care Consultant Company: Digi Telecommunication Tenure: 1 years contract (Renewable based on performance) Salary: RM1800 - RM2000 Allowances : RM500+/- Performance Incentive: RM1250 Digi staff line benefit: RM300/mth Working Days: 5 working days & 2 days off Note: Off day isn't necessarily to be on a weekend/ public holidays Shift patterns: 6.30am till 3.30pm 12pm till 9.00pm 8am till 5pm 3pm till 12am 9am till 6pm 5pm till 2am Requirements: 1. Minimum SPM qualified 2. At least 1-2 years of working experience in contact centre handling inbound calls will be an advantage 3. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia 4. Must be able to work in rotating shifts/ public holidays/ weekends 5. Possess own transport as the location is accessible via public transport 6. Able to work in a 1 year contract 7.
