We're looking for a person who is able to bring our business closer to customers by higher interactivity with the user end. Our E-Commerce coordinator provides support to merchandising requirements and website management as it relates to the website and plug-ins development. They also monitor the day to day activity of the E-Commerce website and continue to improve the users' experience as well as to drive a higher sales rate for Comsale. Beyond sales, the same person functions as a Customer Service Representative to ensure customers are well guided for their purchased items, warranty claims, technical troubleshoot & database managements. Requirements: 1. Experience in handling customers directly, cross-sales & data management 2. Excellent verbal and written English skills 3. Good understandings of basic IT knowledge, ie; troubleshooting, networking, hardware & software installations 4. Good experience in managing Microsoft Office applications 5.
