Job Responsibilities : Handling enquiries & feedback from customers throught phone calls and email Build up loyalty bond with customers by providing excellent customer service To handle warranty/complaint issues Other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirement: Good team player with strong passion towards providing excellent customer services. Good interpersonal skills and outspoken Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field Able to communicate in Cantonese (a must), Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply Understand Hong Kong/Australia culture will be an added advantage Having worked in Printing or Advertising industry will be an added advantage
