-Administration of maintenance and services for office equipments (air-conditioners, photocopiers, telephone systems, etc).
-Administration and renewal of government related licenses for offices.
-Assist office human resources and administrative functions.
-Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries.
-Upkeep all Admin Department's records and filing for easy retrieve.
-Any ad-hoc task as assigned from time to time.
18 - 35 year old.
Language: English, Malay, Chinese(Preferred)
At least Fresh Graduate or 1 year and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma / Degree In Human Resources or Business Administration.
Required skill(s) : Computer literate (familiar with Microsoft Excel & Word).
Able to work independently.
