Position: Global Customer Specialist 
Tenure: Permanent 
Basic Salary: Up to RM 3,500 
 
Job Descriptions 
: Deliver a quality customer service, ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. 
: Portray active and attentive listening to customer's inquiries on any issue arises regarding company's products / services. 
: Responsible for any customer's follow up in accordance with Call Centre guidelines. 
: Perform after call work (administration work) to the set procedures with zero defect. 
 
Requirements 
: Diploma or Degree holder in business management, Customer Service, Marketing, or any that is equivalent 
: Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in customer service performing inbound calls. 
: Excellent communications in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken 
: Preferably Junior Executives specialized in Customer Service or equivalent 
: Willing to work on rotational shift, weekends and/ or Public Holidays.
