About the role This role will be reporting to R&D Center Head (based in Malaysia) and indirectly to the company CTO (based in Singapore). You will be in charge of creating a solution design for the projects assigned to the R&D Center by the Headquarters. Duties • Write efficient code • Create web apps using best development practices • Identify user and system requirements for web applications • Prioritise software development, set timelines and assign tasks to team members • Identify user and system requirements for web applications • Run functionality testings and debug code • Provide code review • Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements • Ensure software documentation is up-to-date Skills & Experience • At least 8 years of experiences in Web App design and development • At least 3 years experiences as technical lead in managing the development team • Extensive experiences in implementations of web front end and back
