Serve as the lead point of contact for all assign customer account management Build and Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Negotiate contracts, deal and close agreements to maximize profit Develop trusted advisor relationships with Key Accounts , Customer and Principle Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Clearly communication the progress of monthly initiatives to Head of Sales Develop new business with existing clients and identify of improvement to meet sales quotas Prepare Sales Report on account status Collaborate with the team to identify and grow the opportunities Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalation as needed
