Key responsibilities included: -
• Deploying CR (Change Request) for changes in current configurations of applications or to achieve new business case (commercial and non – commercial deal)
• New CR and Issue Discussion and understanding with Client.
• Requirement gathering from client, work distribute to team, and delivered it as per SLA.
• Issue understanding with client and resolve it as per his priority.
• Scrum meeting with team member and discussed the Issue in scrum, Work distribute to team member.
• Analyze application related logs and resolve problems reported by customers by debugging, simulating and fixing them through configuration changes or through Patches by working closely with R&D and QA team.
• Upgrade of application PCRF, AAA at client location.
• Ensure 100% resolution for Customer complaints as per the SLA defined.
• Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines
