Job Responsibilities •Receive training and perform duties in Sales and Marketing Department. •Learn line and staff functions, correlation between Marketing, Operations and Finance department viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business. •Monitor performance progress with management and key trainer. •Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties. •Receiving walk in customers and clients at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. •Generate ideas for Sales and Marketing Strategy, Promotions that will boost Sales. •Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas. •Emailing and Cold Calling (KPI 50 calls per day) to list of potential companies and individuals. •Research on potential markets. •Coordinating Meeting Room Reservations.
