Job Responsibilities 1. Handling customer requests 2. Answering customers telephone queries 3. Maintaining client records 4. Process orders from customers 5. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices 6. Liaise with the relevant department to ensure timely deliveries to customer 7. Delivery arrangement 8. Raise quotation 9. Follow-up customer chop & sign DO copy 10. Calculation of annual contribution for customer 11. Checking billing from transporter / courier services 12. Maintain customer price list Requirement 1. Candidate must possess minimum SPM 2. Minimum 2 years working experience in sales coordination/ administration 3. Proficient in English, Malay and Chinese languages 4. Proficient in MS Office Applications 5. Proficient in the use of Oracle software will be an advantage 6. Independent, able to work under pressure and long hours
