-Provide rapid-response customer support to our customers. 
-Resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction. 
-Able to handle customers' queries and with good customer service skills. 
-Self-motivated, hard-working person. 
-Working Environment: 24/7 (willing to work in shift rotations). 
-Work under less supervision 
-Education: SPM & above. 
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
-No working experience needed. Training will be provided. 
-Relevant Customer Support working experience is an added advantage. 
-Languages: English & Mandarin (Able to speak and write in both).
