-Identify and escalate issues appropriate
-Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer emails
At least one (1) year working experience in contact center or customer support related field.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate exceptional telephone customer service skills & effective problem solving techniques
• Self-motivated, responsibility and integrity
• Well converse in Mandarin both verbal & written, additional English verbal ability is preferred.
