• General clerical work
• Creating Delivery Order, Purcahse Order, Invoices, Quotation etc documents
• Email documents
• Handles stock inventory.
• Filing of paper documents
• Prepare payroll.
• Reception Work
• Coordinating with Sales Team and Production Team on delivery status
• Maintaining stock and production records
• Able to speak, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to operate simple PC work. (Microsoft Office)
• Able to listen to instruction.
• Keep books.
