Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. 2. Communicating with customers through various channels.Eg. Call, e-mail, Web-site etc. 3. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. 4. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. 5. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Education: 1. Possess licensed as Dealer’s Representative 2. Pass SDC Examination: • Module 6 – Stock Market and Securities Law • Module 7 – Financial Statement Analysis and Asset Valuation 3. Minimum Degree holder in Economics, Business Admin, Accounting or Financial / Banking. Skills: 1. Language: - English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin 2. Able to communicate & relate to helpdesk support 3. Able to assist in order/trade execution 4. Good knowledge of MS Office & Excel Experience: 1-2 years in Stock Broking Dealing is required.
