Description of the role:
?Establishes and maintains excellent and intimate customer relationship management.
?Follow sales budgets, sales capture strategies and tactics to develop all possible sales activity including service, parts, equipment rental, project, etc
?To ensure pro-active spares sales, customer relationship development, efficient processing of inquiries/offers/orders, active follow-up and good co-operation with superior and contractor at all times to fulfil internal / external customer and business requirements.
?The position also is responsible for any other tasks assigned by management in the best interest of the company. Key tasks: ?Follow sales budgets, sales tactics and service action plans with his manager’s approval
?Meets or exceeds sales budgets
?Plans and executes regularly scheduled customer visits in agreement with management
?Collects and updates all relevant market and customer information and informs all branch- and regional management of same
