Responsibility: - Advertise, marketing & manage company products in social media eg. FB, Whatsapp & Shopee. - Handling customer enquiry via Social Media eg. FB, Whatsapp,& Shopee. - Liaise with customers & manage customers’ orders. - To expand the customer base as well as to serve existing clients. - Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of marketing materials - Maintain a good relationships and follow up with purchased customers / existing customers. - Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
