JOB VACANCY POSITION - PRODUCTION MANAGER LOCATION - BUKIT RAJAH, KLANG SALARY - RM 5000-6000 Responsibilities:- - Plan, organize, lead and control production activities to ensure quality productivity, efficiency, waste and improvement towards achieving department’s objectives -To ensure production, maintenance & facility condition in company is up to standard -Ensuring that the production is cost efficient and meets budget. - Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for new production operations. - Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality. -Computing out the human and material resources needed. - Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve company objectives. - Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedures. - Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. - Implement and drive continuous improvement activ
