Responsibilities: * Managing diary and schedule meetings and appointments * Managing the Director travel arrangement (including visa application, itineraries, booking and arranging for transport accommodation) * Organizing and attend meetings with the Director and to ensure the Director is well-prepared for meetings * Taking notes and recording minutes of a meeting etc. Requirements: * Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia * Minimum SPM holder * Experienced or fresh graduate are welcome * Financial trading/ forex trading/ brokerage experience an advantage * Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Communication * Travel anytime * Self-disciplined, self-motivated, fast learner * Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company * Ability to multitask, well-developed time management skills * Ready to work in 24/7 environment * Prefer candidates who can work immediately / with short notice Working locat
