Job Details
1) Primarily an in-house Third Party Administrative function (TPA). Responsible for answering inquiries from clients regarding cashless admissions/interim/discharge/post-hospitalization claims/insurance company policies 
2) Analyzing caller inquiries to determine appropriate action by transferring calls to other departments for required handling and follow through. 
 
Requirements: 
1) Candidates must possess at least an SPM/Degree/ Diploma 
2) Candidates with call center customer service experience is preferred 
3) Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. 
4) Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English 
5) Able to work shifts/ weekends/ public holidays**
