Job Details
Job Responsibilities: 
 
1. In-charge of the whole recruitment cycle from talent search to on-boarding and perform exit interview for all employees. 
 
2. In-charge of training and development program for the company including HRD Corp application and claim related matters. 
 
3. Assist in employee relations as well as employee compensation and benefits including grievance handling, insurance, clinic etc. 
 
4. Support the managers in Performance Management process. 
 
5. Issue relevant HR correspondence and liaise with relevant statutory and authority including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, IRB etc. 
 
6. Maintain HR records and prepare of HR reports on a timely manner. 
 
7. Assist in ISO 9001: 2015 implementation and other administration tasks. 
 
8. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required. 
 
 
 
Job Requirements: 
 
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or bachelor’s degree related to Human Resources or in any similar discipline. 
 
2. At least 3 years of HR experience. 
 
3. Working knowledge of Malaysian Employment Law and best practices. 
 
4. Good interpersonal skills and able to build rapport with all levels of employees.
