Job Details
Responsibilities: 
 
- To be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image. 
 
- To provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target set. 
 
- To perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required. 
 
- Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store. 
 
- Conduct daily, monthly stock count for all stores. 
 
- Ensure the appropriate daily, weekly and monthly reports submission are delivered on time. 
 
- Responsible to support / attend any meeting / huddle in the absence of Store PIC / Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager. 
 
- To be competent as On Job Training Instructor (OJTI). 
 
- Able to assist new team members in daily job and task as well as any related training matters. 
 
 
 
Requirements: 
 
- Passion for selling. 
 
- Customer service oriented. 
 
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 
 
- Must be comfortable to retail hours (shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays). 
 
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. 
 
- Required language: English. 
 
 
 
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month 
 
Supplemental pay types: Attendance bonus
