Location: Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru/ Bukit Indah Responsibilities: • Act as brand ambassador on brand promotion and educate customer on brand history. • Attend to customers’ needs, provide fitting advice and help customers find the right bras and shapewear. • Ensure timely opening and closing of store. • Carry out daily store operations and handle customers’ enquiries. • Perform cashiering activities. • Proactive and creative in achieving sales targets both retail and online. • Act as brand ambassador in sales events and promotions. • Responsible of general stock management. Requirements: • Pleasant personality and professional conduct with customer focus attitude. • Demonstrate strong interest in lingerie products. • Strong sense of responsibility & proactivity. • Good listening skills and caring to customer needs. • Great team focus to drive team spirits. • Willingness to work on shifts/public
