LOCATION: 
- Symphony House Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station -10mins walking) 
- FREE shuttle service transport from LRT station to Office based on selected schedule 
 
JOB SCOPE: 
- Attending to inbound calls, live chats and emails. 
- Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way. 
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries if they have an issue. 
- Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly. 
 
Requirements: 
- Minimum educational requirement: SPM and above 
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Training provided 
- Strong command of English in both verbal and written communication skills
