DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Supervising and managing carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Directing and supervising carpentry teams, including carpenters and laborer. Inspecting workmanship and materials to ensure they meet project requirements and quality standards. Addressing any deficiencies promptly to maintain quality throughout the project. Enforcing safety regulations and ensuring that all carpentry work is carried out in a safe manner. Ordering and managing materials, tools, and equipment required for carpentry work. Collaborating with other trades people and contractors on the construction site to ensure smooth coordination of work activities and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise. Identifying and addressing any challenges or issues that may arise during the course of the project, such as design changes, material shortages, or unforeseen obstacles
