JOB DESCRIPTION: Respond to customer inquiries regarding pest management. Record work activities and complete all paperwork after finishing services. Work with staff in the pest control office to arrange appointments with customer. Assess customer property to identify potential pest problems. Provide the best extermination processes for the identified infestation source. Follow safety procedures and product instructions at all times when using fumigants and power spraying equipment, such as wearing protective gear. JOB REQUIREMENT: Willing to sit exam to posses license for Pesticide Applicator License (PAL). Candidate must posses at least SPM/Diploma. Good customer service skill, trusted and reliable. Strong ability to keep good records. Must possess a team spirit and be able to work well in a team environment. Must have good time and process management skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Posses valid driving license. H
