Job Responsibilities 
 
Visit customers as and when the needed 
Maintain good relationship with customer 
To provide correct and accurate information to customer 
To follow up with customer on contract renewal 
Negotiate pricing with customer 
Negotiate contracts with customer and meeting established deadlines 
Handling Ad-Hoc project 
Job Requirements 
 
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Records Management or other related fields. 
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field 
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written (English and Bahasa Malaysia). 
Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat 
Must be able to interact with customers and all level of staff. 
Detail-oriented and able to pay close attention on details when working on a task or project
