Administrative Task 
Perform daily administrative tasks efficiently. 
Greet and assist visitors to the office 
Receiving goods & track inventory 
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) 
Process expenses, invoices, and purchase orders related to sales and marketing activities 
Work closely with the finance department to process invoices and payments 
Handle administrative task as per required 
 
Sales Support 
Arrange courier and logistics arrangements. 
Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date. 
Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns & update social media platforms. 
Process sales orders and coordinate with other departments for order fulfillment. 
Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. 
Maintain and update sales databases, track sales activities, and generate reports. 
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movement for sales orders.
