Key Responsibilities: 
Sales and Client Management: 
- Engage with corporate clients to sell training programs plus tour package. 
- Manage and grow a portfolio of regular customers. 
- Provide tailored value-added services, including packaged hotel rooms and tours, beyond traditional classroom seminars. 
 
Business Development: 
- Initiate, brief, and close sales for training programs. 
- Target companies with team-building and company trip requirements for groups ranging from 10 to 100 persons. 
 
Strategic Planning: 
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. 
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction. 
 
Requirements: 
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales. 
- Proven track record of managing corporate clients and a portfolio of regular customers. 
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
