Job Details
What is the role about? Handle month-end & year-end finance closing activities, balance sheet reconciliation & schedule and fixed assets register. Prepare monthly management accounts, perform monthly P&L variance and trend analysis. Assist in preparing company budget and forecasts of P&L, cash, taxes etc. Plan GL closing activities and send monthly closing timetable to all stakeholders. Execute the closing options validated by the CFO. Prepare balance sheet schedule . Provide accurate financial data to auditors. Assist in performing integrity checks of interfaces fuelling the accounting system if any. Contribute to lead finance projects as appropriate. Assist in ensuring an effective internal control system in the accounting, closing and reporting. Liaise with auditors, banker, company secretary and tax agent to ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards and statutory requirements.
