Job description Maintain the maintenance of ICT infrastructure (networking), Computer Hardware, Server, Security, Backup system and CCTV. IT general software application support such as MS Office Suite, MS Windows, basic Network Setup, Antivirus, Remote Support, LAN, WAN, Active Directory, printers etc. Resolve and monitor all IT system issues within minimal response time and minimal interruption to daily work processes Support on daily IT operation Responsible for creating and maintaining online marketing strategies aimed at promoting the brand, and generating interest in the products and services of the company involving production and performance of multimedia content involve a great deal of online and digital marketing work, as employers will typically operate a website and social media accounts Undertakes any other tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directly by the Management.
