Retail cum MArketing Assistant - Digital Lock / 6 days Retail Sales • Provide excellent customer service and upsell products to customers professionally. • Perform sales duties include but not limited to sharing knowledge of the products to client, gathering concern / feedbacks from customers, establishing customer’s relationships in retail setting. • Support in handling phone calls, walk in enquiries and email enquiries from customers at all time Retail Marketing • Manage or support in the execution for the social media presence for product across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok at times • Support in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content tailored to each product’s target audience. Retail Management • Perform operational duties include but not limited to keeping showroom clean & conducive environment, operations admin processes like stocktake paperwork, etc. • Maintain approachable personal appearance
