HANDLING INCOMING CALLS 
-	Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing a positive first impression. 
-	Identify and verify customer needs, offering appropriate solutions or directing calls to the relevant department. 
 
ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT 
-	Adhoc documentation, editing of the documents, editing of images, editing of personal matters, editing of quotations, tc. 
-	To maintain work experiences (per annum) for tender submission. 
-	Attend website sales inquiry. 
 
VENDOR REGISTRATION 
-	To handle and complete the documents with supporting documents belongs to Sales Representative. 
 
CSQ REPORT 
-	E-Perolehan (compiling data for HQ & branches) 
 
OTHER TASKS 
-	Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior to support departmental objectives and overall company goals. 
-	Assist with administrative duties, report generation, or other functions as needed to ensure smooth operation within the department.
