Job Details
- To ensure all car park equipment are functioning well. 
- Provide excellent service to customers. 
- To report to car park office as per duty roster, thumb print and scan card at 2nd floor management office. 
- To check ingress and egress TnG readers and all gate barriers are working well, and report to supervisor/manager immediately if there is any malfunction. 
- To assist on collect payment from customers. 
- To ensure receipt is given to customer once payment is made. 
- To collect lost card payment and issue receipt accordingly. 
- To ensure sufficient consumables such as audit rolls, ribbons, and stationaries are available for usage at all times. 
- To ensure workstation/office is clean and tidy at all times. 
- To assist in relieving Supervisor/Admin/Finance Assistant as and when required. 
- To patrol car park on a regular basis and prepare daily car park check list and report to Supervisor on any incident immediately. 
- To ensure parking areas are well
