Job Details
•	MUST possess a Diploma or Degree in Property, Property Management, Real Estate or any other related field - Maintenance Course; 
•	Self-motivated individual able to work independently & under pressure. 
•	Preferably candidate with own transport. 
•	Minimum 1 year experience in property management. 
•	Excellent communication skills both written and spoken (English & Bahasa Malaysia). Other languages e.g. Chinese will be added advantage. 
•	Computer literate & familiar with property management software 
•	Available immediately 
•	Working hour is 9am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am to 1pm (Saturday Alternately) 
•	Job description:- 
•	To assist and feedback to Property Manager on preparation of House Rules 
•	Ensure prompt and efficient collection of service and other charges in agreement with the company’s procedures, rules, Strata Management Act 2013 & other relevant protocols. 
•	Attend to inquiries/complaints from owners/residents
