Role Purpose The Dental Technician supports the organization’s training laboratory, providing technical support to customers within Malaysia and Asia Pacific region, to make preparations for practical training sessions and after sales technical support. Main Responsibility - • Make preparations for the assigned training programs before commencement, including the fabrication of high quality diagnostic and working models, appliances and prostheses through analog or digital processes according to the course requirement. • To correspond with the trainer in-charge of the assigned programs to determine the necessary requirement and arrangements before practical programs commence. • To ensure the lab facilities are clean and in good order. • To conduct trial programs or experiments of materials to ensure total efficiency. • Support management of lab materials’ inventory.
