Role Purpose The Dental Technology Instructor supports the organization’s training laboratory, to provide technical support to customers within Malaysia and Asia Pacific region; to conduct educational lectures, practical training sessions and after sales technical support. Main Responsibility - Laboratory Management : • To conduct lectures, workshops and training for all customers and internal staff. • Prepare and review checklist to support assigned training programs before commencement. • To plan & determine the necessary requirement and arrangements for all practical educational lectures, programs and workshops. • To oversee the organization training facility. • To oversee trial programs or experiments of materials to ensure total efficiency. • To plan and manage lab materials’ inventory. Other Tasks: • To undertake any other overseas work or tasks assigned by the Clinical Marketing Director from time to time. •
