Job Details
Travel to customer manufacturing sites throughout Malaysia. Conduct on-site inspections to ensure proper application of our glue systems and optimal manufacturing conditions. Collaborate with customer factory managers and staff to understand their challenges and identify potential issues. Troubleshoot and resolve glue system application and performance issues on-site whenever possible. Escalate complex technical problems to the internal Technical/R&D team for further investigation. Continuously learn and expand your knowledge of our glue systems and their application processes.
