We are looking for few friendly and outgoing Arcade Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the arcade, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service. Job scopes: • Greet customers and answer any queries they may have • Ensure all gaming machines and equipment are in good working order • Ensure the arcade is kept clean and tidy • Ensure that all safety and minimum age requirements are met • Resolve customer disputes in a professional and courteous manner • Provide information about games and promotional offers • Monitor game play for fairness • Report any malfunctions, damages or suspicious activities to the manager Skills and Qualifications: • Excellent customer service skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently
