Job Details
1.	Build goodwill and strong relationship with customer via regular visits and phone contacts. 
2.	Provide quotation to any RFQ from existing or potential customer and ensure that the product specifications offered to the customers are within the factory’s capability. 
3.	Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure all orders are meeting customers’ requirements. 
4.	Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure all related billing document or payment are meeting company requirements. 
5.	Coordinate with customers and internal departments in the development of new product including handling of customer property. 
6.	Coordinate and ensure smooth & proper handling of customer ‘s complaints, feedback, enquiries, requisition, customer specific requirement and other related customer service function where appropriate including communicating them internally to related department and process.
