Job Details
1.	Manage and supervise the personnel and daily operations of frontline (Help Desk) and second-line (technical support) teams. 
2.	Ensure that service availability and performance meet customer requirements. 
3.	Promptly handle and resolve service issues. 
4.	Be responsible for monitoring and reporting on service status, as well as formulating and compiling monthly service reports. 
5.	Assist in developing and improving service processes. 
6.	Take charge of calculating project revenue and costs. 
7.	Lead the proposal, planning, and service migration work during the implementation of new service offerings.
