Job Summary: 
The Sales Administrator provides vital administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing customer accounts, handling sales documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
Sales Support: 
Assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks. 
Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, customer information, and order details. 
Data Management: 
Maintain and update customer records 
Administrative Tasks: 
Prepare sales documents such as quotes, invoice for customer. 
Assist on filing for customer. 
 
Qualifications: 
Education : Diploma in any field. 
Experience: Minimum 1 Year on administrative , Fresh Graduate can apply 
 
Skills: 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). 
Know how to manage Google Drive , Google Sheets. 
Strong organizational skill
