Key Responsibilities: 
1. Team Management: 
• As leaders, sales managers are generally responsible for hiring and firing, identifying where training is needed and providing it, mentoring 
sales reps, and assigning sales territories. 
• Their role also includes creating sales plans and analyzing data in order to make informed decisions. 
 
2. Sales Execution: 
• Actively engage with customers via digital meetings, phone, email, and social media. 
• Present the company’s products, services, unique selling propositions (USPs), and value propositions. 
• Prepare and deliver quotations and follow up to convert opportunities into successful deals. 
• Participate in sales campaigns to achieve set targets. 
• Upsell clients based on the entire portfolio of logistics services. 
 
3. Sales Process Management: 
•Execute the full sales cycle: Identify, Qualify, Quote, Negotiate, Close, and Onboard new customers.
