Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies, such as network servers. • Periodic audit on user’s computer system so as to ensure that each system is free from virus and no unauthorized software is used within the company. • To assist in maintaining the company’s overall computer system, network and any system that company installing. • Troubleshoot the company’s computer hardware or software. • Provide direct support Microsoft desktops/laptops and user access to corporate Network and applications on the network. • Provide support to office relocations and expansions of IT equipments. • Able to communicate with all levels of staff. • Maintaining the company’s intranet. • Ensure IP (Intellectual Property) Compliance in the company. • To source for cost-effective IT hardware and software where required upgrades for the company.
