Job Details
- Responsible for overseeing the entire bakery operation, ensuring high quality baked goods are produced efficiently. 
- Managing the baking team and maintaining compliance with safety and sanitation standards. 
 
Key responsibilities include; 
 • Baking and production– Plan and prepare variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes and other specialty items 
 • Team Leadership – leading kitchen employees to ensure that all foods is prepared to the highest standard 
 • Quality Control – Maintain strict quality control measures for food presentation, flavor and consistency, ensuring the meals meet the airline’s expectation 
 • Food Safety and hygiene – Ensure adherence to food safety regulations such s proper storage, transportation and preparation to prevent contamination and ensure passenger health 
 • Coordination with suppliers – Collaboration with suppliers and logistic
