Key Responsibilities: General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the security team, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and training sessions for security staff and management. Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain and organize security logs, incident reports, and other important records. Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible. Report Preparation: Assist in preparing reports on security activities, incident summaries, and performance metrics for management review. Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory of security equipment and supplies, including ordering new materials when necessary. Visitor Management: Oversee the visitor sign-in process, ensuring all guests are properly logged and security protocols are followed.
