Indoor Sales Admin 
 
Responsibilities 
- Attend to email, phone, chat enquiries from customers 
- Furnish product information (IT products and software) to customers 
- Compute price and prepare quotation 
- Process order and issue invoice 
- Liaise with suppliers on price and delivery 
- Coordinate with logistics team for product delivery 
- Upload and manage product listings on online shops and marketplaces 
- Maintain product pricelist 
- File and scan company documents for records (Hardcopy & softcopy) 
- Communicate with government agencies and banks for company administrative matters 
- Correspond with banks for MY companies. 
- Work in person in KL office 
 
Requirements 
- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook in responding to emails 
- Proficient in English, Microsoft Word and Excel 
- Comfortable to compute price based on price list and discount formula 
- Good communication skills 
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
