Document Preparation: Assist in preparing and submission of clients’ documents to Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia in compliance with the Companies Act 2016; ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines. 
Preparing Board Minutes, Resolutions, forms and other documentations; updating of statutory record books. 
Filing and Documentation: Help maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, keeping documents organized. 
Reception Duties: Greet and assist clients, manage incoming calls, and provide general office support.
