Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain and update stock records accurately. Ensure proper stock levels by monitoring inventory and reordering when necessary. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement and timely deliveries. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures. Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations. Assist in document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
