Job description • To assist with daily administrative and management duties. • To handle daily/monthly accounting transactions. • Assist on staff claims, update project schedule and etc. • Maintain and organize the necessary records/files • Possess initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision. • Perform general administrative and clerical works. • To take responsibilities for general administrative duties & HR support • Filing and scan documents, arrange courier, check letter box, answer phone calls and perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required. • Any other ad-hoc task as when required by superior. Familiar with Autocount software is a plus point. Contract length: 12 months Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: From RM2,500.00 per month
